The 2019 Arizona Gay Rodeo will be February 15-17, 2019 at the Corona Ranch and Rodeo Grounds – 7611 S 29thAvenue – Laveen (Phoenix), Arizona.  (Southeast corner of S 29th Avenue and W Baseline Road)  The rodeo is an IGRA-Sanctioned Rodeo, and all 2019 IGRA Rules apply.

Start time for the rodeo is 10:00 am Saturday-February 16 and Sunday-February 17.   The mandatory new contestant meeting will be at 9:00 am Saturday-February 16.   The awards ceremony will be at 8:00 pm Sunday-February 17.

Rodeo contestant registration is from 6:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday-February 15.

All activities/events will be at the rodeo venue.

The host hotel is the Wyndham Garden Phoenix Midtown – 3600 N 2nd Avenue – Phoenix, Arizona 85013.   The phone number is (602) 604-4900.    A block of rooms is reserved at a rate of $119.00 plus tax per night for single or double occupancy.    The room block is AGRA or Arizona Gay Rodeo Association.   Reservations can be made by calling the hotel and asking for the room block; reservations cannot be made on line.   Deadline to make reservations is January 14, 2019.   If you experience any problems making a reservation, contact Ron Trusley, Rodeo Director, at (602) 510-9671.
